For almost two decades, whether that has been as a public bilingual educator, counselor, or mentor, Ingrid has come to grasp that hope truly is real. It is tangible. It is her greatest ambition to walk alongside her clients as they discover this realness in their lives, regardless of where they find themselves in the present.

Ingrid holds her Bachelor of Arts in Education from Western Oregon University (2007) and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Corban University (2014); she has spent much time investing in children, adolescents, adults, and families. She has devoted time educating families and children, working with crisis and trauma victims, and sharing and supporting in times of deep grieving and loss.

Aware of the fact that identity is a big part of how one sees the world, Ingrid is greatly invested in this aspect of life and perspective as she works with her clients.

Ingrid is very passionate about healthy conflict resolution—whether that is working through self-imposed views and limitations or relational conflicts within the family structure, be it between couples or parent to child. Ingrid also works with people learning to embrace a diagnosis and live each day to their greatest potential, process the loss of a relationship, those dealing with chronic pain, anxiety and panic, and those struggling to find meaning and purpose in their day-to-day living.

In a warm and authentic way, Ingrid walks alongside her clients as they grapple with doubts and wonderings, and embrace their own greatest potential as they journey toward the healing and wholeness that rests on the other side: the gold underneath the dross.
